HOW MANY TRAYS DO I NEED TO SWITCH TO A REUSABLE TRAY PROGRAM?
The general rule of thumb is to purchase 2.5 - 3 times the total number of meals served for any specific meal period; serve 100 meals per period, purchase 250-300 TEMP-TECH®Reusable Trays.This will account for the meals that are not returned in a timely basis.
