Returns & Refunds

At TEMP-TECH®, it is our goal to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service.  

If you are not happy with your TEMP-TECH® product, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will do our best to make you a happy customer.  If we are not able to satisfy your concerns, you may return your product to us within 30 days of receipt assuming our company Return Policies and Procedures are followed.


Return Policies and Procedures:

  1. All merchandise that is being returned must be assigned a "RAN" Return Authorization Number from TEMP-TECH®. Any items returned without the proper "RAN" will not be accepted.
  2. All Return Authorization Numbers will be accompanied with a date of issuance.  All RAN's must be returned to TEMP-TECH®.  within 30 days of issuance.
  3. All non-defective merchandise returned for credit must be unused and in the original packaging.
  4. Unless stated otherwise, all returned items will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus the outbound and return shipping charges. 
  5. A Customer Credit is issued upon return and inspection. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.
